International medical repatriation

The right level of care. All the way to destination.

LevOne Aeris coordinates patient transfers and repatriations by connecting clinical assessment, the escort team, transport environment and final handover.

  • Clinical review before proposal
  • Team matched to transfer risk
  • Transport coordinated to the case
  • Documents through secure upload

Tell us the situation. After reviewing the case, LevOne Aeris proposes the appropriate clinical and logistical configuration — you do not need to choose the medical team or transport mode yourself.

The information already available is enough to begin. When needed and with the required consent, the case can be completed with the treating team to clarify transport suitability, care requirements and journey constraints.

03 — Clinical configuration

The team adapts to the patient.

Illustrative environments · configuration according to patient needs.

01 / 04
  1. Belgian non-emergency patient transport ambulance professional — for a stable patient who does not need specialised nursing monitoring during the journey.

  2. Critical Care & Emergency Nurse (Belgian SIAMU specialization), when enhanced monitoring or specialised nursing care is required during transfer.

  3. When medical assessment, therapeutic decisions or interventions may be needed during the journey.

  4. A combined configuration when transfer risk and patient needs justify it.

The aim: a level of care proportionate to the identified transfer risk and the patient’s actual needs.

04 — The care journey

One continuous journey. Transport is only one part of the plan.

01

Ground transport ↗

For journeys compatible with the patient’s condition, with vehicle and support defined after assessment.

03

Air ambulance ↗

An aircraft dedicated to medical transport, configured around the patient, clinical team, required equipment and mission constraints.

Departure team → clinical pickup → ground segment → airport / flight → arrival connection → clinical handover → destination.

05 — Open a case

Describe the situation. We build the plan.

  • Situation understood.
  • Risk assessed.
  • Mission coordinated.

Not sure of every detail yet? That is not a barrier: one first conversation is enough to open the case and identify the information that will be useful.

Clinical information and sensitive documents can then be shared through the secure space.
